Your reactions were so expressive You always make it so easy to imagine the flavors and aromas, both in your usual Coffee Zatsu and in today’s stream! I was also intrigued by the talk about the new grinder. I’ve never imagined a grinder optimized for specific tastes or processes, so I’m really curious what a specialist grinder is actually like, and if the difference is noticeable. Looking forward to the Coffee Zatsu after you get the new gear!
