Thank you for the stream, Freo! The Chocolate Zatsu was really fun to listen to. Your reactions were so expressive You always make it so easy to imagine the flavors and aromas, both in your usual Coffee Zatsu and in today’s stream! I was also intrigued by the talk about the new grinder. I’ve never imagined a grinder optimized for specific tastes or processes, so I’m really curious what a specialist grinder is actually like, and if the difference is noticeable. Looking forward to the Coffee Zatsu after you get the new gear!
