HiRyS! PC building is my job (4000+ built so far!) In terms of the best GPUs, the 5090 is it, but is currently having a lot of issues (with fire) so I can't recommend it at this time. 1/3

the current high end of rtx 4090, 5080, 5090 are known fire hazards, so staff is probably trying to protect you. rtx 50xx series is also missing physx 32bit which makes it terrible for older games.

For streaming & new games, you'll want a GPU with 16GB of VRAM minimum. That's the main thing that'll reduce stuttering. So Nvidia 4080/4090 & AMD 7900XTX/9070XT would be your best options
