For gunlance you need to prioritize getting load shells 2 and artillery 3 for dmg. For armor, recommend divine blessing 3, agitator or burst. Then quality of life skills like evade extender or earplugs.

HiRyS! PC building is my job (4000+ built so far!) In terms of the best GPUs, the 5090 is it, but is currently having a lot of issues (with fire) so I can't recommend it at this time. 1/3

After that is the 4090, but that's not in production anymore and can be hard to find. Then the AMD 7900XTX which doesn't have great raytracing (additional light + reflections(optional setting!)) 2/3

Mid-Tier=/=Bad, it means it'll last 3 or 4 yrs instead of 6+. 9070XT is equal to 4080 but brand new, and available. 4090 is best, but not made anymore. It can be found marked up. 5Ks have issues rn.

the current high end of rtx 4090, 5080, 5090 are known fire hazards, so staff is probably trying to protect you. rtx 50xx series is also missing physx 32bit which makes it terrible for older games.

For streaming & new games, you'll want a GPU with 16GB of VRAM minimum. That's the main thing that'll reduce stuttering. So Nvidia 4080/4090 & AMD 7900XTX/9070XT would be your best options
