Make sure to play Control in between Alan Wake 1 and 2. Its in the same universe and will add a lot to Alan Wake 2. (Its also a great game on its own.

As I said in my superchat, it was watching your kami-oshi play Alan Wake on Twitch in 2022 that had me fall down the VTuber rabbit hole in the first place! I love this game so much because of it's excellent writing, excellent characters, the sass levels of the main characters, and just how real Alan Wake is, even when he's being a jerk. I think you'll enjoy this as much as your kami-oshi did. I would love to think of you and her discussing it. :D I see you also like to explore an area and not just immediately move on with the plot, so I am sure I'm very much going to enjoy coming back for the rest of your playthroughs. Who knows, maybe you'll love it so much or enough to do an Alan Wake 2 playthrough!
