It was indeed refreshing to have a "harem anime" be different and actually have depth to the characters and storylines. A lot of these also tend to either be too much about the ecchi or too much about the slice-of-life, so having this be big on the story and emotions, but also backing it up with some silly comedy was a treat I'll have to be vod gang for the rest of the watchalong tomorrow (I don't think "I want to watch anime with my oshi" will fly with my bosses at work), but I promise I'll watch it and let you know what I thought about it!

This show, like the other Key works such as Little Busters, Angel Beats and Kanon, made me run through a whole gamut of emotions, culminating in a good cry. After this whole watchalong, I feel very sad especially after the Fuko arc. I didn’t cry but felt the sadness. I love Fuko quite a lot as a character. Looking forward to part 2 of the watchalong!
