Insurance is a scam, Pet insurance is even more of a scam. I've had pet insurance they were glad to take my money. They wouldn't cover anything they said they would cover because my dog threw up once before I got it. Even the vet emailed them saying it was not a pre-existing condition. They returned with the excuse that they have no control over what the underwriters tell them. The Underwriters are not veterinarians, but they know how to weasel their way out of a contract.
