Insurance is a scam, Pet insurance is even more of a scam. I've had pet insurance they were glad to take my money. They wouldn't cover anything they said they would cover because my dog threw up once before I got it. Even the vet emailed them saying it was not a pre-existing condition. They returned with the excuse that they have no control over what the underwriters tell them. The Underwriters are not veterinarians, but they know how to weasel their way out of a contract. Insurance companies are not going to make money by giving it to you. But, of course you probably already know that part. I was lucky though, I set up a go-fund-me for my dog and got all the money back that I paid to the insurance. Still had to pay the $2000 for the dog though 🤷♂

You might benefit from getting a SAD therapy light. Not too expensive. Cheap leds emulate color using a narrow and incomplete spectrum of light which is fairly unnatural. Might be why you feel better in blue light.

I wish Tectone knew he didn't have schizophrenia before his court case. It might have helped if the opposition wasn't able to use that against him.
