About your receipts, have you considered hiring a tax accountant (税理士 zeirishi)? I know some JP members use them, you just give them your receipts and they do all the paperwork for you.

I usually buy Broccoli and Cheese flavored instant potage and also croutons from Amazon. They're surprisingly pretty filling so you can try 'em if you want quick snacks :pebbleyay::smile:

depends on your tastes. lots of recom. but do you prefer a nutty taste, a bitter taste? personally i would start smooth soft mild cheese. provolone, havarti, edam maybe or fontina. but could you also describe tastes?

For cheese suggestion i will suggest Monterrey Jack, that’s my favorite to put on burgers and stuff. I think it pairs well with things and isnt too strong. If u try Cheddar, know that SHARP cheddar is different than not sharp
