Setup is only used to recycle banished Big Welcomes in the grind game. It will only ever come up in battles of attrition, as Lab doesn't function without Big Welcome.

Fun fact, many lawyers play Yu-Gi-Oh and they don't top competitively because they have to work; this game is so complicated that lawyers can find it engaging and be successful in it

Hey Shiori, you basically want to save Welcome and Big Welcome to use on your opponents turns, also Lab can be UR heavy or not, UR are better cards
