Reine was sitting for quite a while on one testimony. The problem with Sarge's testimony is that the objection is so obvious, that you don't even think to do it. Like obviously the drone was used to look at the scene, it's right there. So when Sarge says that "he" didn't have eyes on the ground you assume the drone could not have been used.
