If you have ended your stream, then take a shot of scotch and 2 shots of Nyquil. Wake up like a new born baby.

I had bad allergies that made me stay in the house for years. the docs found that Zyrtec worked for me, so I got to go to war. Gotta find the right anti-histamine for you.
