4:26:17 VQOTD: What is your favorite Christmas (or winter) meal? I kind of have two answers for this. Growing up, Christmas time meant seeing my mom's family most of the time, so we would frequently have food from my great grandma's home country. She came from a city famous for its different kinds of kibbeh (spiced meat and bulgur wheat, most of the time cooked but can be eaten raw as kibbeh nayyeh) so we'd have that, among other things. I haven't had it since my mom passed away so it's kind of a bittersweet memory now. Christmas these days, though, means I'm the one doing all the cooking So currently, one of my comfort winter foods (not even a Christmas time food, man...) is kimchi stew. It's warm, spicy and comfy.

HAPPY KFC CHRISTMAS HAKKA AND HAKKAMAMA I loved hearing so many stories!! you both laugh and interrupt each other the same way and it's so cute your dinner looked so yummy!! it's a nice way to spend a day together with the little guys all around too aw! my favourite christmas meal is turkey and stuffing!! I don't really eat turkey during the year so it's a special treat for the week!! I also love every single dessert mmmm yum!!

Merry Christmas~! Thank you for such a lovely stream~! It was so warm and cozy for the holidays~ Personally, I don’t have a favorite Christmas meal, but this year, my husband made turkey that was marinating in lemon juices for a week and it was so soft, tender and juicy~ Pronablymy favorite part of our Christmas meal this year~
