Novigrad is one of my favorite fantasy game cities, it feels alive and greta as someone who has lived in old cities that still have some of the very old charm remaining it feels very authetic in it streets and layout, teh callback to the free cities and the hanse are also amazing, I never visited Gdansk (or Danzig for us german folks xP), but as an old hansa city if you have visited similar old cities you will know how real it actually feels. the fact it's so content dense and has a realistic size for such a city just makes it more amazing! Only the recen KCD2 has a city that feel similarly realistic.

Back on the Ciri hunt! It does feel like we're spending a long time looking for her. I do like that all the quests along the way have all felt interesting and either like their own mini story, or building up the main story. KFP are a dedicated bunch. Gotta agree with you about the trope where the MC keeps chasing a character until the end of the story. Hopefully the Baron storyline wasn't the peak lol that'd be unfortunate. So many games to look forward to next year but yea they're all so long Hope you play more short games like Tomb Raider, Half Life 2, Dishonored those all 3 streams at most!!
