Pretending to swing an axe around before stream begins, holding a fellow imp hostage all while unboxing merch and talking the usual talk of movies, content and food - Week in Review in a nutshell and how we know it and love it! January's felt as if it dragged on for three months in one and it'll take some time before it picks up, even then time will fly by. Blink once in May and suddenly it's November kind of deal. Either way looking forward to Code Vein II gameplay, fingers crossed it'll be ready to play asap! Sorry to hear your favorite food place closed down, always sad to see those go and then search for a new one. You grow so fond of the food, too. Makes sense you're recognizable in that jester outfit of yours though, it's a beautiful fit! All the cooler you're a regular, food and drinks on the house is a treat and a half! Still, it has to feel awkward to some extent. Just receiving something to eat/drink out of the blue without having to pay for it. Even more so in the context of being offered a beer with the intention of becoming closer. Ignorance is bliss and acting nonchalant in such a scenario is a true skill to me. If I were in a situation like that, I'd do like you at the fast food restaurant and run for the hills, never to come back. Or rather learn from your example in order to keep a cool head and not act on it. Photos are such lovely little time capsules of moments in your life, whether it's of places you visited or food you ate! And looking at them brings back what you experienced, all in picture form. Worst ones are definitely te ones you do not remember taking, same as when you find a scratch on yourself and you don't know how it got there. For me, streams are either for winding down after a long day at work or function as great background noise while drawing or gaming. Sometimes I have VODs running as I lie down to sleep, hearing someone talk is soothing. Reasonable to develop a disinterest in/general aversion to live content stemming from the fact you create content yourself, it's off putting to have something involved in your work show up in your free time as well unless you wish it to. Which is where you raised a good point of supporting fellows in your line of work in different eays aside from watching! Quick diversion to checking the apps on your phone, mentioning Balatro activated the sleeper agent seeing how I played it just a short while ago when I didn't know what else to do. Also Mamagoose's sourdough arc sounds like an adventure, may Mable the loaf grow strong! Will keep the non-streamer recommendations listed in mind, some of them sounded real interesting! In terms of your streams, they've become a real happy place to me and are reminiscent of the cartoons I used to watch growing up. Spongebob in particular although that's the cop-out answer. It's what comes closest and the show is dear to me. Animations were so popular and are making a comeback, the times I spent on YT searching for one AMV or the next... What a time to be alive. Birthdays in the Vtuber sphere feel like a big fandom celebration each time! Nevertheless, the work behind the scenes and the planning involved in the process has got to be stressful. You put a lot of effort into making these events feel special for everybody and despite it being a few months away, I look forward to what you have in store for yours this year! Would be 100% down for more TTT with a wider spread list of attendees. Also holy moly, I cannot begin to imagine the number of messages you must have received from Flay after unlocking your DMs. Our pilot's a real talker and lives in the walls! Everything happens so much, whether it's the fire that broke out for you or neighbors deciding it is time to drill at the most cursed hours of the day (sometimes as early as 9 am in my case). About your favorite place closing - There was a sushi place by my house that was cozy, small and family-run, filled with lots of cool decorations that were part of the guy's collection (like Ultraman stuff, etc). One day after a terrible time at work, I went to go eat there with my BF only to find out it was closed permanently with no warning and I wanted to drop to my knees in the middle of the sidewalk and start crying. I totally get it.
