Fun fact: "Urizen" himself never acknowledges that name, and even actively rejects it when Nero confronts him (2:05:26). While there _is_ a supernatural king named Urizen in William Blake's poems, I like to imagine that Dante came up with the name to mock V for dramatically introducing him as "your reason" (2:36:00). I think my favorite part of the Dr. Faust cutscene is that Nico is the only one who's surprised because the rest of the DMC crew is totally worn out on Dante randomly conjuring stage lighting and doing choreographed song and dance routines.
