Speedrunner advice: Start in middle. When the right enemy throws, jump over it to the right. When it returns, jump to middle. When the left enemy throws, jump to left. Then back to the middle. Repeat.

Do a small jump in the opposite direction of the hook, the whole way up. You have to hit the walls with every jump.
