Hi Kronii, In January I asked for words of Motivation to help me at the gym. Before I weighed 290, my best 5k was 59 minutes. In 3 months I dropped to 240 and worked out 6 times a week. I'm now 255 with extra Muscle and my best 5k is 35 minutes. Thanks to you Kronii. 💙
