One of my favorite parts of watching first time Half-Life 2 playthroughs is seeing you and many experiencing Ravenholm for the first time, for the whiplash from si-fi dystopian to sudden horror zombie town. Having played through HL2 many times, that chapter's atmosphere never gets old.

If you are still confused about the game's length, Mint, here's the TL;DR: There are 13 chapters in total that the original game has (not the "episode one-two", those are separate games practically), and you stopped two minutes before the beginning of chapter 7. However, later chapters of the game are much more combat-heavy, so the playtime may not be the same as with the first six chapters. But I think you could finish it all in about two hours of the same length or a bit more, so ~7-8 hours left to go.

Ravenholm is basically sort of like an early prototype idea/version of Left 4 Dead with the multiple zombie variations, and the mood, which is very interesting

Random memory, in 2004 i got a graphics card upgrade to a Radeon X800 at 37:00 so that little dock area is one of the most memorable areas to me in the whole game lol.

I love that Mint went from RE6 to HL2, I loved those games so much back in 2012, those two along with Black for the PS2, RE4 & RE5 on the PC are the single player story driven games I've played the most over the years. 1:12:40 wow I had never gone inside that tunnel in any of my playthroughs 1:25:30 lol wow
