Damn I saw a clip about how you got hyper fixated on a game after a ton of stuff. I've had that before, but I have a simple spell for it. At a random point I make as if I'm charging energy like Vegeta about to explode and then make the movement as if I would explode and release a shockwave. That breaks the trance of hyperfixation and automatic grind cycle. But anyways, go get something to eat, brush your teeth, drink a good amount of water, lay on your bed and take a good nights rest under the blankets. It ain't much but it goes a long way.
