Glad I was able to catch you play through a good chunk of this game, as it's one I've wanted to revisit for quite some time. I will say that your initial reactions did make it a bit tough to tell your particular feelings on the dialogue, but I'd attribute that more to your soft-spoken manner that I'm used to outside of that (it's actually far easier to derive your sense of humor through your horror streams imo). Once you got into the gameplay and characters though, it looked like you were having a good time, so it wasn't a problem putting everything into perspective. This game's got its own deliberate charm through its presentation, as you've come to see in the animation in particular, and it's been a personal favorite ever since I first played it on the DS. Looking forward to whenever you pick it back up again! Good luck with FES prep!

This is honestly one of my all time favorite games though I think where you are now, it's not obvious why even if it's enjoyable so far. You're in for a whirlwind so I'm glad we'll be picking it back up even if it's in a month. Already excited for the next stream and so far a great start to March of the kois

Ahhh this is a game that i loved so much when i first played it in middle school, glad to see you enjoying it! It is very true the humor and dialogue is cheesy and campy but man, the writing will more than make up for it. Looking forward to seeing the rest of this months streams, and to hopefully see more of this next month!
