I mentioned the stuck holodex tile on their discord. While the answer to why it got stuck is currently unknown (possibly caused by the stream going offline and then returning by itself), the workaround is to press the third orange vertical sliders icon, which brings up the "Media Controls" popup, which is a centralized list of all tiles and provides buttons to pause, reload, delete, mute and readjust volume for each of them. So the people in chat saying to 'press the green button' were either colorblind or were unintentionally one button off.
