さすがに５年前の件で１アウトは理不尽ｗｗｗ

寧ろ今までノーアウトだったのかという驚き

For those who didn't catch it, I'll provide a recap. Basically, Kson got a warning from YouTube over a video she posted 5 years ago. It was a big collab, as she described it, with a bunch of promotional links listed. However, it seems that one of the websites of that link had their domain obtained by somebody else, and that site later became a uhh...corn site, yeah let's go with that. Therefore, YT's AI flagged that link, giving Kson a warning. Now thankfully, it's only a warning. Everyone gets 1 freebie before you can then get your 3 strikes on your channel. But obviously, getting a warning for this is pretty stupid considering that it's impossible for Kson to know that the link "changed" until it was too late.

誤BANとか不本意なストライクとか、ある程度チャンネルに力があるひとってよくXのYouTube垢にリプ飛ばしたら対応してもらえてるイメージだけど今回の件は対応してもらえるのかなー 5年前に載せたリンクを定期的に確認するとか現実的じゃないし、その辺加味してもらえたらワンチャンなんとかしてくれるかも

サイトドメインが第三者に取得されるケースがあるみたいだから 乗っ取り的には結構悪質な気がするし そのリンクを張ってるだけで警告来るのは・・・ AIに処理させてる弊害な気がしますね、うーむ

マジで最近のYoutube適当過ぎる。

これがあるからGoogleはこわい 某大物イラストレーター先生もあり得ない理由でBANされてたなあ

5年前はさすがに、、活動歴とかみて、ここが不適切なので対応してください、ぐらいのメッセージ送れないのかな？リンク先が怪しいサイトになってるドメインいっぱいあるし。。 AIに頼んでチェックを事前かつ定期的にしたりしないといけない時代なのかな

ゲームとかがサービス終了したドメインを狙って取得してる人も居るみたいだね（他より高く売れるから） で、そういったドメインが詐欺サイトやアダルトサイトに利用されたり誘導されたりするのが増えているそうな…

YouTube is really doing dumber things each passing year. I work occasionally with an animator who years ago was hit with a music copyright due to using a bit of One Wing Angel in his Final Fantasy 7 parody. Note: it was the original midi version, but he was being charged with using the Advent Children remix, which is a different version. YouTube denied his appeal and he was forced to edit out the section from the video. It happened again for his Crisis Core parody, same charge, but this time the version of the theme was a fan remix. That time he did get a chance at appeal and even had the remix author prove that it was not the Advent Children remix. He lost that appeal regardless and was again forced to edit another video. The third time he got a strike was for using the theme of Final Fantasy X in his parody of it, he just gave up and edited the video without even attempting an appeal. He's been using replacement music ever since.

ここ数年で問題になってるやつだー。動画詳細にリンクを貼ることのリスク管理が必要な時代になってしまったんだね・・
