at first if u cant eat it, put it in the fridge for a few hours and it will be easier to eat it, both texture and flavor wise

Freezing it actually makes it taste even better! Once the whole flesh is frozen, the texture becomes just like ice cream — definitely worth trying.

One durian usually yields about four or five portions of flesh , so you can try removing the whole flesh and eating it after freezing it.

I'm not a big durian fan because of the aftertaste, but glad you like it! Also, if you freeze it, it tastes just like ice cream :D
