BTW, if you want to collect the KFP (Chicken Man) crewmate off-stream, you just have to go to the Gambling Hall in Little Japan and exchange tags for him in the rewards store. You can exchange USD for tags to turn in, you don't have to play any of the gambling games at all. Oh and there's strong ring in a chest you can buy from a store that's in the Aloha Beach waters.
