Hey, Biboo! Correct me if I'm wrong. But it looks like you are using a palm grip and lifting your mouse off of the desk (flicking) to aim. Try lowering the in game sense (not a science, just something to what you prefer to get consistent control) and adjusting your grip. It should make it more comfortable and easier to aim using your entire arm. Alternatively you can try a finger tip or claw grip but that has a steep learning curve.
