I freaking love Zaabubu! They are so ugly cute! Honestly I had watched a few hours of a youtuber playing this when it first came out, but they never read any of the lore stuff, and never let any npc's finish speaking. Always rushing through everything. Seeing you play it, felt like a completely different game. I loved the way you read everything even the gear and monster blurbs. I love how you used different voices for the letters. I loved that during npc's convo's you were fully immersed and responding to them as if you were in the game. It made their stories so much more compelling. I love that you were actually caring about helping some of the people. I love that you did crafting (always a fav part of any rpg for me) and I loved seeing you go full parry king! Absolutely loved this! It was entertaining from beginning to end and I hope you do another marathon of it even if it's a bit shorter one than this. For live watching I tend to like anything from 3 hours to 8 hours, once it's over that i become vod gang. for vod watching though anything from 3 hours to 12 hours is great. Once over 12 it's a bit much but in this case i loved it and absolutely would be down for another 17 hour vod if it meant more of you playing this game. Thank you for the stream! Big Love Ruze

Thanks for the streams, Ruze! Generally I feel like 3-4.5 hours is a sweet spot for streams, but I also recognize it depends on the content: for some games, you gotta go longer than that or you'll never make progress, and some non-game streams only need 1-2 hours to do their thing

When I was working nightshift, I would have one of your VODS downloaded and playing on my phone while I was sleeping, so I preferred the longer plays. So for me 6-8 hours was ideal for me and that still the same now.

Thanks for the streams Ruze. It was great to be part of live gang rather than vod gang for the day. Regarding VOD length, I don't really mind, if it's something I want to watch I'll watch no matter what the length. But. I tend to go out on walks alot so VOD's around 2 hours that don't need a lot of looking at the screen, like zatsu's, are the one's I tend to download to listen to. And VOD's around 6 hours are good to fill a work day.

It's actually pretty cool seeing you get so locked into a game, makes me wanna buckle down and get lost in one too! For me a good vod is about 7 hours, so I can start and end my shift with it (minus the two lousy hours where I cant use headphones at work because "what if a customer needs something" )

Stream length is never a problem for me since im a chronic 2x speed vod watcher But if im actively sitting in usually a 3-4

Ideal stream length? 4-5 hours so I can stay caught up as a mostly vod watcher.

I like shorter VODs (1-3 h) if I'm in the mood to actively watch something cause I can watch them in one go, or if it's a collab with more than 3 or 4 people because even if they are super fun I get kind of exhausted watching them. I prefer longer VODs (4-8 h) for working alongside because then I can leave them on without having to switch to a different one or having to think about what I want to watch next and it doesn't interrupt my workflow. For my taste, anything longer than 8h is a little rough as a VOD. Before I can get through all of it there are already new streams and VODs. Super long streams are best live when you can jump in and out throughout the day

Otsuruze! It's been quite awhile since the last Ruze Play Game (RPG) endurance, it's good to see you lock in to the game's world. I always love Arthurian stories and the writing in this one is really good Vod question: I like 3-4 hours vods so I can sit down after work and catch up before bed time, 2 hours if I really want to play attention and catch everything that's going on in the stream. Longer vods is also good to put on in the background for bed time lullabies. It really depends!

Went to bed about 35 minutes into the first stream then woke up to you was just the calm and relaxing I needed you make a comforting space for all of us, we're all so grateful for that 18 hours is NUTTY, the longest stream for you to date! I'm so happy you had so much fun, we all love hearing you yap and see how excited you are when it comes to games you REALLY, super enjoy!! Zabubu is so cute (and can't wait to go see the chaos of the chipening, the chip WAR in honour of yesterday being the one year anniversary of the first chip war, from what I've heard, it was CWAZY!) As for the vod question "ideal vod length"; It does depend on the day! If it's a long vod (like six+ hours) and I've caught some of it live, it's easier to get through If I'm doing art, long streams help as I'm not getting through a 2-3 hour vod, then trying to decide watch to watch and then my neurospicy brain gets distracted If I'm having a day I can't focus, a 1-2 hour stream, especially if it's SUPER funny then I somehow regain my focus! (my attention span is VERY cooked some days so it's more helpful then!) If it's 9+ hours, I find it SUPER hard to even *start* watching it yet I'd easily be able to sit through a 9 hour livestream! PRIME time is like 3-5 hours though! I it's long enough to not be considered a "short" stream but not too long that it's considered an endurance! I do however sit through longer vods IF it's a game I REALLY like, like the grounded streams!! They also will more then likely take priority over other vods I need to catch up on!

Congrats on the new gaming hyperfixation king, it's like that last 11 hour vod was all a dream and we've only just begun! Anyway, I'm very picky about watching a vod from start to finish because of limited time, and prefer to watch things live. So I usually only fully watch vods if they're around 1.5-3.5 hours long, anything beyond that I usually check for highlight timestamps or am actively watching live. Unless it's a game I've played and want to see someone else react to, or they're playing a game I can't afford bc I don't have the system for it, I may watch key parts or the whole thing, slowly though.

I'm actually not sure how to answer the VOD question. That is mainly because I don't usually watch full VODs, but I do go back and watch /sections/ that I really like from VODs. So in terms of VOD length I prefer, I don't have an exact answer. I will say, that longer VODs (and honestly VODs in general) are much easier to watch and parse with timestamps for me. I bring this up because most of the boys are lucky to have dedicated timestampers. And completely I lost my train of thought. So thank you timestampers.
