I thought it was a clever storytelling choice that Hades has to threaten to get what he wants while Zagreus gets help because he's good with people and they like him. It helps us sympathize with him and explains a lot of gameplay mechanics in-story

Getting more than two gods expands the pool of boons the game will give. This lowers ur chances of getting poms, duos, and legendaries. Aim for 200-250 hp to finish a run. Thanks for playing one of my favorite games!
