For Kaigai-niki and CC: In fact, fonts of シ and ツ are very confusable because of the angle of upper two lines. But in handwriting, Japanese can read シ if upper two lines are written perfect horizontally. Respectively, Japanese can read ツ if upper two lines are written perfect vertically. So, you don't have to pay attention vague angle difference.✌
