You are doing very well for someone with a limbic system. It is good to leave a problem for a while to do other things, like self-regulating your body temperature and perspirating for a while. This helps with integration of new information and de-clutters the mind-state. It is like removing the old skin when the body has grown too big for it. Or that is what they say.
