Nice job on the sushi!! I may not be able to eat fish, but you really did great for a first time I feel! A small tip for future tamagoyaki (feel free to use this or not, just thought i'd share what ive learned from my own attempts at making it): reserve part of the whisked eggs at a time so you can roll a smaller omelet first. It's much easier to roll a smaller one than trying to do the full thing. Then when you feel its at a good point, add the rest and repeat the rolling around the smaller omelet.
