This is one of those formative games that got me into gaming in the first place, so it's wonderful to see you go through . And you did a lot better than I did on my first go It's definitely a different beast from the other Point-and-Click games you've done. And the sound maze is probably the hardest puzzle in the game, so it should be smooth sailing from here on out I would absolutely recommend doing Riven at some point. It's a bit harder and more involved, but it's also even better, and explores more of the lore of the world

You don't give yourself enough credit that was great, i think about half way through you entered a Myst solving flow state :P. A year or two ago i dedicated myself to beating Myst's sequel Riven: The Sequel to Myst but i don't think i solved a single puzzle by myself, i still love it though.

Good luck with the actual idol meetings Minto! I imagine a big part of the journey must be just being stuck in the library and getting immersed into the world while taking note of any possible clues. Kinda wish I had the time to try that on my own but exploring this island? Realm? Whatever it is with you and everyone else is a good time too.

Ive never met anyone else that played Myst, really cool Mint and so many people in chat know it. I played it with my older sister when i was 12 back in about 2000. Somehow we made it a few levels in, i remember something about being up in the trees. Man how nostalgic, hope you enjoyed it Minto!!
