Was a good stream and I have to say I personally enjoy saving the superchats for later instead of reading them in the middle of the stream. I feel the pace is better and we still get the random tangents from them at the end. Thanks!

I don't know if this was on purpose, but the heartbeat rhythm in Shiori's background today was one of Heart Flutter (Atrial Flutter). It might sound cute to the layman when someone says "you make my heart flutter" but to those of us who know cardiac stuff, we would suggest you get that checked out as it is usually a chronic condition that requires monitoring and treatment.

I sat in front of the computer, took out the pen tucked in my notebook, flipped open to a blank page, put on my reading glasses, and prepared to scrutinize my health and learn new knowledge. I have a habit of taking Vitamin B Complex, but I never realized there were so many types of vitamins. I'm someone who drinks at least 6 cups of espresso coffee a day, and after today, I need to seriously consider my diet! I should consider supplementing with a bit more vitamin B1. Thank you, Shiori, for preparing so much information, not only introducing all the different types of vitamins but also introducing choline. I hope your dry cough fully recover, and stay healthy!
