Every heretic so far they have been born with some sorta of trait. Nihilister is Nihilism ,Liberalio is a jellyfish therefore she enjoys slumber in the deep ocean. There will be more in the future but that s it for now. Judging by your CP you can easily take down Mother whale especially after the nerf that happened in September, you can also go up to chapter 23.
