Catching up the vod and heard you mention feeling cold air in chest, and that could be because you just heal from flu. One of the purposes for nose is to heat up and humidity air you breath in (and that’s also why ppl from cold area have higher nose bridge and narrow nostrils), so when it’s not functioning well, you feel the dry cold air. Get enough rest and if you can try nasal wash daily or rinse with saline solution (I’m not professional but I just recovered from a minor sinusitis and that’s from my doctor, so here is for you reference)
