How could you forget that Kikyo’s sister is lady Kaede? In the English dub, to make her dialect sound old timey, she basically speaks like a Shakespearean actor, it’s awesome. Also Koga is voiced by Scott McNeal in English, and Scott McNeal is awesome.

Was planing to watch final season and Yashahime, but I can't remember anything from season 1 aside from SESSHOMARU and Inuyasha's sword upgrades every two episodes... This will do nicely as a recap.

Onigumo was the bandit obsessed with Kikyo. The yokai Naraku is a separate entity born from Onigumo's twisted desires when offering up his body. A big thing with Naraku was not just becoming a full yokai but ridding himself of Onigumo's heart (literally, bits of Onigumo remained as a core within Naraku and were getting in the way of his plans).

Should watch Yashahime. I always thought it was underrated, especially season 2 when it gets good. Moroha is a blast. And the don't drag it along like Inuyasha.

Avatar the last airbender would be great for explaining the entire plot. There is so much that can be said.

So who gonna tell CC that Inuyasha was a Shounen and not a Shoujo manga back then? My main take from this stream, besides CC being based and correct, is that GG is standing in the background listening to CC and going "she IS one of my people". I mean, Jacob from Twilight, Koga here, there is a Wolf pattern. Thanks for the yapyap stream, was very interesting to hear your POV on that series.
