31:10 I had already said last year in a short comment on CC's New Year stream that "seal" (the animal) in French is "phoque" pronounced like the F-word because the "ue" is silent, but for some reason no one catched up on that at the time and it's both crazy and ironic that it took a full year plus the external intervention of Biboo for CC to finally learn about that kind of French cursed knowledge.
