This feels like a very personal song. I feel like I'm looking into Ceci's soul here.

I love how Wind-Up's lyrics tip toe between "I can do it" and "I can't take it," like erratic bursts of motivation that lead to burnout. And the only way we can pick ourselves up is a friend or two or three and change of perspective (like a toy that ran outta time, having to be manually rewound by someone else). I think the message is, "It's okay to fail, but just keep trying. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it can be better. And if I couldn't do it, I'm just glad I tried."

I love how this takes the lore joke of "haha CC doesnt do any chores" and looks at it sincerely. She HAS been doing them, for a really freaking long time. Procrastinators tend to be those who care the most, about reaching a standard, about projects and anyone they affect. They don't want to make things worse, so they remain stagnant like a doll, because they see themselves as the issue. But to define yourself to what's looming over your head, is bound to make someone unhappy. I hope working on this song made her happy.

oh my gosh, this is one of my favorite hololive originals in a while!! i absolutely love the lyrics, i think it's a really interesting push and pull. the melody is wonderful too, really energetic and yet soft and light with the strings and xylophone sounds. not to mention, ceci's vocals sound incredible omg... her voice is so beautiful... happy anniversary ceci!!
