When the Residents are evil and you have the ace pilot and jester of Guild Tempus to take care of the job, yelling "C'mon!", "Hurry!" and the whole NPC line repertoire while fighting off zombies in style! Will forever love that special dynamic during collabs, Flay is ungodly levels of unhinged with Betsy on the other side politely answering anything or being entirely confused - it's ride or die with both of you, up for shenanigans at every second! Some of those rapid fire questions during the zatsu gameplay were so incredibly out of pocket, it left my brain on Windows boot up sound too trying to process what was just said. Still not over the whole AO3 fanfics statement, wanting to take measurements, opinions on homewreckers and the whole situation of both Roons and Bettelion going through it. It made me snort and laugh so hard, my poor cheeks hurt from smiling like a doofus. Flay is the undefeated No. 1 Bettelion, no contest. He made a very valid point on you making a fantastic VA, your acting and theatricals make a powerful combination to express yourself talking and we've witnessed your voice talents countless times! Reminiscing about old times was fun as well, discussing renting gamea from friends who owned them before you yourself got them (shoutout to the obscure game knowledge part here, nothing like knowing the niche games or old stuff barely anyone remembers - that's hecking cool!), streaming on Wi-Fi arc and exploring every corner in Tokyo are such fond memories. Even the whole zombie apocalypse survival hypothetical relying on Elysiumerican supermarkets to stay alive was good food for thought and I loved hearing your thoughts on the other RE entries in the series and what your reasoning behind liking them was! Anime, movie and TV show an A+ as per usual, a blast remembering the cameos you received for celebrations as well! It's sweet when the VAs you request look into you, Voltaire with the forbidden toe cleavage knowledge is a perfect example for that. Gameplay and story wise, RE5 does seem to be more on the action packed side which didn't make it any less enjoyable for someone like me who saw it for the first time! The premise of investigating a threat through special agents isninteresting, the aspect of Chris having to confront his past in particular. Dropping the controller to start the game was rather on brand, it went to immediate messing around with the voice lines and hearing the button mash was hilarious! Flay beating the wave of zombies on his own, slashing around anything that came his way which ultimately led to Sheva perishing was a remarkable attempt. Neat custom death scene after you'd moved past that small citizen assembly, that's not something you see every day! Shinri caught strays for the lady monster with the large, gaping mouth and Flay was oddly on point describing that underground area as Altare's basement. Our pilot was being a true menace throwing the grenades at you and only reluctantly letting you pass through the gates in the mine/cave. Finest truck driving followed afterward, the exploding vehicle sliding across the bridge was quite the sight to behold. That bug monster had the most terrifying design, fitting for the series and Flay's monologuing only made it ten times better. Going "Wheee!" inside the jeep while being chased in a crossfire is as valid as when you rode on the hoverboat. You gotta enjoy the little things in life! Just kidding. Either way, that flashback in the castle was sick! As if it came straight out of the Matrix movie with how agile Wesker moved! Well done on all the high ranks in your chapters, looking forward to you picking this up potentially next week!
