I think the stories are so poetic and beautiful, here's the full playthrough order and game length (for a non-streamer at least lol) for the series if you do decide to continue, which I'd highly recommend because for me every game hit incredibly well c: *Episode 1: To the Moon (4-5 hrs) -SigCorp Minisodes 1+2 (30m each) (optional, but if you want to follow the Neil and Eva wider plot they are definitely worth the time) (included in the Steam version of To the Moon, if it doesn't prompt when opening, you can get to them through 'DLC' on the game page in your library) -A Bird Story (1hr) (optional, artsy prequel for Finding Paradise; I like it a lot, but it's okay to skip if you want to get to the next main game ASAP) *Episode 2: Finding Paradise (5-6 hrs) *Episode ?: Imposter Factory (4-5 hrs) (a bit of different thing, but you'll understand when you play it q: definitely core content) -Just a To the Moon Series Beach Episode (2-3 hrs) (this and The Last Hour are actually the combined finale of the series) -The Last Hour of an Epic To the Moon RPG (not yet released!) TL;DR, "Finding Paradise" and "Imposter Factory" are the other mainline episodes of similar length to To the Moon, and if you only want to play those, that's perfectly fine and reasonable! Don't be too daunted by all of the side stuff to continue! But that said, the SigCorp Minisodes and the two finale games are excellent important additional content for the throughline Neil and Eva story if you're willing to commit to it, and A Bird Story is just a really great addition to the Finding Paradise story.

the sequel, finding paradise, may have even more feels than to the moon. it didnt get nearly as big as to the moon, but both are amazing. thanks for the play through of one of my all time fav games and hopefully get to see you play the sequels/mini episodes that take place in between the games.

I've known this game for a long time, yet I'm still crying over the music.

Thanks for the playthrough. I played this long ago and it was special. As to whether or not the ending is happy I'd have to say there are some dreams so happy I cry when I wake up because they're gone. Johnny never has to wake up and he got to have a beautiful dream. Even if reality is much sadder. The idea that his love for her is so great that even when his life is totally changed he still finds her is sweet.

Soo cute. The game too. Really enjoyed these 2 streams, short games are fun to watch. Thanks CC for taking us to the moon! 🌛

Congratulations on finishing the game! I honestly hate that all of River's memories had to be erased. It's incredibly tragic to me. She spent her entire life trying to help Johnny remember how they first met and why he wanted to go to the moon, yet by the end, she is completely forgotten. It kills me.
