The servers going down at 404 AM is such poetry. Only Ruze’s luck stat could give us this magic. As for songs, I’munna aim for the dadrock decades. I’d love to hear you tackle anything from the likes of Rod Stewart with your raspy ol pipes. “Reason To Believe” is a personal fave of mine. I also really like the band America, particularly anything off Homecoming (Only In Your Heart) or Hearts (Old Virginia/Sister Golden Hair/Tomorrow/Seasons) is nice, but my top personal fave is the title track from Hat Trick. Don’t let the nearly nine minute runtime fool you, it’s actually a melody encompassing 3-4 different short songs, for a short practice you can easily clip out the first 90 second little upbeat ditty before it gets maudlin. A lot of pop and rock songs from the 60s-70s are 1-2 minute bops. Do you like Simon and Garfunkel? There’s also this one called I Am A Rock- *is taken out by a cqc expert

Thanks for the fun Nightreign with the boys! As for the vod question I'd be interested to see you get more used to jp songs, one that comes to mind for me is "bye-bye baby sayonara" by saiB. It's not too fast and the pitch stays pretty stable making it easy to pick up and easy to put your own spin on. Don't try to hit miku's notes, just find a range your comfortable in. Usually that's an octave down for me.

Songs for Ruze to practice... Honestly I want to hear you sing more stuff from the Protomen, since I heard you sang a song in a rebroadcast recently (which I am kicking myself for missing). I feel your voice suits the band a lot. But beyond that, I don't really have a recommendation for a specific song, but more of a genre. Heavy rock/metal and... I think it was hair metal? Power metal? I think you mentioned you wanting to sing. I genuinely think you could nail the genres with practice, your voice suits it. My only advice is please look up proper technique for screaming, which I have noticed you seem to have a latent talent for, because otherwise you run the risk of destroying your voice and I do not want that to happen to you. But speaking of latent talent, you have a latent talent for rap. Your cold read of Rap God was INSANE, and that is not including songs with rap sections I've forgotten the name of, and they were not easy either. And you still nailed them! I'm not gassing you up just because I am a Ruzader either, because I am the worst at nitpicking when it comes to singing voices. And you have earned this praise from me regardless.

Usually I would find songs that would match someones vocal range...but my brain is full of my fav band [the GazettE -visual kei-]...so my brain is heavily rotted. INSIDE BEAST would be a good practice because the range/and there is lyrics that are in English despite it being in Japanese.
