Thank you for the archive, Freo! Your first Decaf beans sounded so yummy. I learned about the decaffeination process using sugar cane for the first time! I only knew about the Mountain Water Process, so I'm really curious about the difference in flavor by processing methods. Also, thank you for showing us your mic settings! It was interesting to learn about the different patterns beyond what we usually hear in your streams. Each one sounds so different! Always fun to hear you talk about your passion for gear and audio. Looking forward to the next Coffee Zatsu!
