i don't get it. i have seen many dr2 gameplays before the 24th. was that just illegal?

I’m not sure where or what is the issue but for some reason only your stream has such odd lag. And I think it is just me because nobody mentions it in chat. I’ve even checked other holoID streams and I don’t get it. Is there any reason your stream’s connection to East Coast US would be bad? It is actually mind boggling.
