When I first watched this scene, I was so struck by her performance that I was literally holding my breath. 36:12 She was a freelance journalist. For anyone who doesn't know, she was actually one of the playable characters in the Resident Evil Outbreak games. There's also an Easter egg in Resident Evil 7 where you can find one of her articles in a newspaper in the Baker Manor. 37:25 Oh. Yeah. Lik I said. switching between grace's "i'm in danger" and leon's "i'm the danger" was such a nice change of pace for the RE series tbh. playing as leon has never felt more rewarding haha ive been having fun with this game too, im 5 hours in and i wanna try to finish before fes! also the battle damage idea is so cool! you'll get to a part of the game where you die a lot soon enough thanks for the stream!!

The horror was lovely, but god I loved the atmosphere of the city at the start a lot... it felt really well-realized, but not open; still constraining and still opressive, especially in the section directly leading up to entering the hotel. OH big fan of the alternate zombie outfit changes too!!! GOD I love the progression of the bandaged-up wound. I even noticed a rigged-up loose bandage scrap on there in stage 3!!! Absolutely lovely attention to detail
