Also they sell these little circle wipe thingies infused with witch hazel, you wanna stuff the post-natal diapers with those before you put them on as it helps with the itching, especially if you needed stitches. You will also want the comfiest chair you can possibly get that you don't have to sit up straight in. We brought my wife's gamer chair that can lean way back into the dining room for the first month or so after the birth.
