There was a secret ending to this game for those of us who understand signal broadcast and crypto puzzles or simply have google at hand and are willing to use it but I think this ending was a more fitting one. Out of all endings I think this one is the second most satisfying but fits the story the best. It still makes me cry every time I see it.

You actually did it! And the best (most wholesome?) ending at that! I should know better than to doubt your abilities, but I have to confess that I questioned your chances of finishing it in one sitting; I was afraid that the inventory management was going to cost you an extra session, but you made it up for it cleaning puzzles and battles in no time at all. The fact that the game valued your game style above all the others has to feel really good at the end of a run. Not going to say I'm able to make sense of the story when all the details are scattered as they are, but speaking only of the way it was told, I liked it a lot. There's a lot of depth to explore for the people that wants to know more, and even if sad, the story has an end. There's closure at the finish screen. As someone that only knew the game by reputation, pleasantly surprised, very glad to be able to experience it here. Congratulations on adding such a nice one to your list of completed games, see you on the next one!

Congrats on finishing! It is a very sad ending, but out of all the possible outcomes, it's probably the best one. The way I tend to interpret it is that, from the moment the game started, the bad end had already happened, and the entire remainder of the game is about struggle to bring closure in an ever-persisting epilogue of suffering. It does sting, though; they really make you wish for a happy ending for everyone. I think the setting is very cool and has a lot of untapped potential for future games, so who knows what's in store.

It's a very...lasting story, huh? Especially with the recent goings-on. Good work getting through another horror game, glad we're back to normal-ish

Congrats on beating the game and getting the best ending! This was a great one, I enjoyed playing it too. Though same as you, I didn't understand most of it when I finished. Not sponsored, but I'd recommend to watch Indie Xplorer's 2 hour lore breakdown. I'd say they're good and clear enough at explaining it. Though I must admit my head hurts afterward cus the lore is seriously huge and packed with references, but it's pretty great. Thanks for the stream Kro, this was fun, take care!
