You have the Boomerang, and are about to get the Hookshot. You do not need Deku Nuts for the entirety of the game anymore. Do not worry about the capacity upgrade.

Rissa, in OoT settings you should set your Z target to hold instead of tap. I think the panic presses are messing with you and Z tap doesn't help that
