19:53 test rooms are around A finals level so yeah round 1 is going to be much easier. round 1 has a lot of umas from careers team trials or just clueless builds. you will rarely see these umas in test rooms because casual players rarely run tests. it's usually those who are aiming to win A finals if you couldn't win races in test rooms it doesn't mean you can't win A finals but it will be difficult as from what I see you will most likely have to rely on taishin so everything goes right for her in that one race. you might get lucky and not have any solid front runner opponents and then seiun can take it too
