Thank you for today's comfy chit chat stream while you're (sorta) locked in with your study, Tonya! I wish you good luck with the exam! And also talking about the eggplants dishes, the only thing that I could think of right out of my head is the one with meat stuffings that usually served for noodles stalls that you either choose to have dry (actually soy sauce or dry curry) or soup (clear salty and oily or again curry). But I hope you'll get to try the delicious eggplant stuffings when you find a Chinese restaurant!
