Raora is the most honest Italian when it comes to their food

Mamma's dislike of onion kills this poor Chattino's soul. They are so good! Raw on hamburgers and in salsa. Caramelized for sandwiches. Sauteed with garlic! They bring so much flavor to a dish and smell so good when cooking.
